Seminole County BCC Meeting 8.14.2018

ESSENTIALLY,  DEVELOPER Cris Dorworth AND CRONIES HAVE DECIDED THE THE RURAL COMMUNITY DOES NOT DESERVE TO LIVE THE LIFE THEY CHOSE TO LIVE.
SOME, FOR GENERATIONS.
Mr Dorworth, some 12 years ago made a pledge to “make sure that the Black Hammock turns into butt to butt houses”. Thus far, it has not happened.
Well, he has started his move. Behind the scenes, in several clandestine development operations that are currently not working out as he expected, he stands to suffer defeat at the hands of the Seminole County BCC.
With the defeat of House Bill 883 3 months ago, the shoe in he thought would contribute to his billionaire status failed also. Everyone that mr dorworth had petitioned in his dream scheme, some whom stuck their necks way out, have suffered greatly. They bought up others land in hopes this scheme worked out so that they profited immensely. He currently has potential contracts to develop in Geneva, Chuluota with a major mini city along with the backing of the Mayor of Oviedo who hopes to annex said city and purchase the water co of Chuluota, as well as with major land owners in Black Hammock.
This only spells disaster for the Eastern Rural Area as it exists and has done so since the Seminole Indians and Temucuan Indians were the only inhabitants of the area.
We dont need a bunch of little factions trying to poke this bear. We need to unite and fight as one unit. Thats what this disgraced representative wants.  He knows little groups are easy to defeat. He also knows that one group united of 16,000 people cant be defeated!!
