Pappy’s Patch Info

Some 70 acres on the North side of Florida Ave East of DeLeon St is on the market.
A developer has a 5 year contingency right to buy the property.
The contingency is that he will buy the property IF the County Commission will allow the PROPERTIES to be taken out of the RURAL BOUNDARY.
This idea was set to be on the Commission Agenda to be reviewed/decided upon on December 14.
The APPLICANT/DEVELOPER has now asked the COMMISSION and the COUNTY ATTY to allow said APPLICANT to continue their agenda item (Agenda Memorandum) until FEB 22, 2022.

That said, on the 14th of December, the COMMISSION will need to vote on this change yea or nay to remove item 55 from the 14th agenda and reschedule it for Feb 22.
That is what will happen on Tuesday 12/14.
So far there has been NO direct plans or submittal to the County indicating the DEVELOPERS EXACT PLANS.

SO, the only thing to be decided on 12/14/21 is the removal off the agenda and move it to 2/22/22.
